Sisters of St. Joseph Neighborhood Network

Activities For Children

Several programs are offered to the neighborhood children. Volunteers come in as reading, sewing and cooking/baking tutors. Mentors are matched up with children to help the children grow in self confidence and give them experiences that their families could not.

Other programs that have been offered are the Ophelia Project, Girl Talk, crafts, a 5 week Girl Scout experience, woodworking, photography and field trips to Cleveland and Pittsburg. The Viilla Maria high school students come once a month to play board games with our children.
